Recognizing Our Caregiver Champions: Esme, Harry, and Margaret

For National Family Caregivers Month, we are proud to highlight the incredible contributions of three dedicated caregivers—Esme Seto, Harry Wong, and Margaret Graf—who serve on our National Steering Committee. Each of them brings unique perspectives, passion, and invaluable lived experience to our work, helping us better support caregivers and enhance the patient care experience.

As caregivers themselves, Esme, Harry, and Margaret understand firsthand the challenges and rewards of providing care. Their deep commitment to improving the well-being of caregivers informs the development of our programs and resources, ensuring that healthcare teams are better equipped to identify, engage, and support caregivers during patient visits.

Together, these three individuals have helped shape initiatives that empower caregivers, foster meaningful connections with healthcare providers, and ultimately contribute to better outcomes for both caregivers and the people they care for. Their leadership, advocacy, and tireless dedication are a constant source of inspiration to all of us.
